From Dispute to Decision – Litigation Law for Building Surveyors
This seminar provides a practical overview as to how Courts and Tribunals manage and decide disputes. It explains the key ‘stages’ of litigation, rules of evidence, presumptions and principles that inform judgments and rulings. The seminar intends to demystify the rules, practices and procedures applied in reaching a decision, focusing on what building surveyors need to understand and how these factors shape outcomes.
